You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use wlnpkr. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
wlnpkr enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited pending investigation.
All wlnpkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and other supported methods. No hidden conversion fees.
All wlnpkr promotions are subject to individual bonus terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Always read the applicable bonus terms before opting in.
Any use of automated software, exploit strategies, collusion, or fraudulent activity on wlnpkr is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
By accessing or using any part of the wlnpkr Platform – including browsing the site, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet – you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the wlnpkr Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age. Use of the wlnpkr Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. wlnpkr employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be underage, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be void, and any deposited funds will be returned subject to verification.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using wlnpkr is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. wlnpkr makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal exposure.
3.3 Registration Information. When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on wlnpkr. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. wlnpkr reserves the right to merge, close, or suspend duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wlnpkr login credentials. wlnpkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify wlnpkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.2 Account Verification (KYC). wlnpkr may at any time require a Player to complete identity verification by submitting government-issued identification (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC procedures.
4.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. wlnpkr reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts as specified in the applicable fee schedule, subject to applicable law.
5.1 Supported Methods. wlnpkr currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The current minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum limits for individual payment methods are displayed within the wlnpkr cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. wlnpkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency. All Account balances are held in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions. Transactions denominated in foreign currency (e.g., USDT) are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. wlnpkr maintains anti-money laundering procedures in compliance with applicable regulations. wlnpkr reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any transaction that is flagged by its AML monitoring systems. Funds must be withdrawn using the same method used for deposit where technically feasible.
6.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on wlnpkr are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any bet. wlnpkr is not liable for errors made by the Player.
6.2 Obvious Errors. wlnpkr reserves the right to void any bet or casino wager that results from a manifest technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game or betting market interface on wlnpkr. Placing bets that exceed maximum limits – whether through single bets or combined bets – is prohibited.
6.4 Game Results. The outcome of all casino games on wlnpkr is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Results are final unless a technical error can be demonstrated. Published RTP figures reflect certified, independently audited return rates.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers at wlnpkr are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the individual promotion terms. wlnpkr reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Abuse. wlnpkr strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses including, but not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, matched betting using wlnpkr promotional funds, and collusion between Players to meet wagering requirements. wlnpkr reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds not utilised within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account. wlnpkr is under no obligation to notify Players before Bonus Funds expire.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the wlnpkr Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the proprietary property of wlnpkr or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of wlnpkr.
10.1 The wlnpkr Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wlnpkr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wlnpkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 wlnpkr is not responsible for any losses sustained by Players resulting from their gambling activities. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and Players accept this risk when registering on and using wlnpkr.
wlnpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Every Account on wlnpkr has access to the following tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. wlnpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon Player request for self-exclusion. Upon termination for cause, wlnpkr may withhold funds pending investigation. Termination of Account does not extinguish any liabilities already accrued by the Player.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wlnpkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with wlnpkr support shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the relevant arbitral body. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to raise a complaint through the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution process.
wlnpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the wlnpkr Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Where changes are material, wlnpkr will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered email address or platform notification.
